Make a Gift

Gifts can be made by credit card, check, or money order.  We accept all major credit cards. The Foundation is committed to managing supporters' funds with the utmost responsibility. Eighty cents of every dollar raised is allocated to our wish-granting program.

The Massachusetts and Rhode Island communities support their wish children independently.  The funds that you generously donate will help to grant wishes for children residing in your state.  Your donation will be allocated to the appropriate state based on your zip code.

  Please bookmark this page and always use it to make your gift to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  We only retain your full donation if you enter the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America's website through our website. 

  
  By entering your zip code in the space provided, your gift will be directed to a child in your state automatically.  You  also may choose to direct your gift specifically to the Boston office (serving Eastern Massachusetts), the West Springfield office (serving Western and Central Massachusetts), or the Providence office (serving all of Rhode Island).

  Send a check, money order, or your credit card information to our office with a completed Make-A-Wish donation form. Please click here to download the form,  which includes contact information for our Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
   

• Make a gift over the phone

  Credit card gifts can be made safely, securely, and quickly over the phone. To make a donation in Massachusetts, call 617.367.2669.  To make a donation in Rhode island, call 401.781.9474.
   

• Make a gift by fax

  To make a credit card donation via fax, please complete the Make-A-Wish Donation Form (click to download) and fax to our office with your payment information. To direct your donation to a Massachusetts child, fax to 617.367.1059. To direct your donation to a Rhode Island child, fax to 401.781.9475.
   

• Make a gift in person
